Real talk-not next week, not next month- NOW (as in today) more than ever we have to be diligent about our health as it is crucial. It is literally a matter of life and death. This is true regardless of race but unfortunately as a culture, we are more prone to succumbing to the virus because of poor diet and lifestyle. THIS crisis is a wake up call to get serious about taking care of our temples, losing the excess weight and completely changing your diet and lifestyle.Many are passing on because their preexisting conditions leave their bodies and immune system too weak or deficient to fight. Conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes....Obesity is curable. Diabetes is manageable with proper diet and EXERCISE which leads to weight loss. How we take care of our bodies and what we put in them is the best defense. Getting familiar with foods that help the body to fight and reducing our intake of mucus producing foods which create an environment that fosters the growth of disease can not only help but prevent death. Exercise helps tremendously. Doesn’t matter how old you are you can be a healthy weight and have a healthy lifestyle. Just a matter of making your life a priority. You CAN do it. And now, u must.
